DELIVERY

All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail for UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 24hours, however if an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you straightaway and inform you about this delay. Please note bank holidays may effect delivery time.  Delivery to UK is free.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When and how will your order be delivered?

We dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on that day.Delivery is fast, usually within 3-5 working days. All items are sent by Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, the driver will leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery.If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour.

 

RETURNS

All items are non refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

 

If an item is faulty then please contact within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery for an exchange or refund.

Please note items bought at sale price will not be exchanged or returned. 

 

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records as we take no responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit . Once item is received at Vancee  jewellery we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.
