Terms & Conditions of Sales and Delivery:

 

By making an online purchase on our website you also agree and accept our return policy.Terms and conditions should be read carefully and understood fully before you make your purchase from Vancee designer jewellery.  If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions, please do not hesitate  to contact us on vanceejewellery@gmail.com.

We want you to be totally satisfied with the products you have purchased from us. We are committed to providing excellent service and outstanding products, and, if you have received Vancee designer Jewellery products with which you are not entirely happy, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.

 

Price

Prices for jewellery shown on our website include the cost of a chain and/or gift box, unless specified otherwise. Your purchase will come in an immaculate box which has an LED light function. and the price mentioned on the website includes the free recorded delivery through UK. These prices exclude all the VAT  and Import duties outside UK. Customer bears the responsibility of accepting the purchase duly paying the duties. If the purchase is not accepted because of the import or any duty applicable will entail no refund in any circumstance. 

 

Sales

Sales will only go through once full payment has been received. Once this is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. Sales can be cancelled by Vancee designer jewellery if the item chosen is not in stock, you will receive an email of notification of this and all money will be refunded to you within 7 days if you have replied that you would prefer not to wait longer for your purchase.Although this is a regrettable Vancee designer jewellery is not liable to give any sort of compensation in the event of any disappointment caused. You are responsible for providing us with correct contact and delivery details.

 

Delivery times are estimated times only and can change without notice.

 

Ordering and Payment

 

We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of dispatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by Vancee designer Jewellery until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.

 

Refunds

 

In the event of returning the jewellery first contact us through the return email address mentioned on our website within three days of goods recieved and once the reason of the return is validated you may return your purchases to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods, less any original delivery charges. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. This is conditional on the return of goods in their original packaging and in good condition. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion. If the packaging box which has inbuilt electronic circuit is damaged we wont accept the return. So it is necessary to contact us through email within three working days of the goods recieved. The packaging and the quality of our products is assessed in every step. Once when we pack and secondly when we dispatch. So the jewellery in compromised situation or packaging in damaged box is not at all a question. 

 

Exchanges

 

No exchanges are entertained in any situation unless you have specified to us by writing to our return email address within three working days on reciept. It is subject to our discretion. 

 

Cancellations

 

You can cancel an order by emailing returns.vancee@gmail.com quoting your Vancee designer Jewellery order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order.

 

Statutory Rights

 

These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
